Terms of service

These terms set out the deal between you and OneWooz. The short version: your store is yours, your customers are yours, and your money is yours. We host it, keep it running, and stay out of your way.

Who we are

OneWooz is owned and operated by The Artless, registered at H.no. 866, Street no. 11, Mustafabad New, Delhi 110094, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "OneWooz" mean The Artless, and "you" means the person or business using the service. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

What we provide

We provide hosting, the store software, automatic HTTPS for your domain, and the integrations you connect. OneWooz builds both a shop that takes payments directly (D2C) and a catalogue that captures enquiries and quotes (B2B). We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it, and we will give you reasonable notice of planned work.

Your account

You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep them current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You must be able to form a binding contract to use OneWooz.

What you are responsible for

• That what you sell is lawful where you sell it.
• Fulfilling orders, and handling the returns and refunds you have promised.
• The accuracy of your product, pricing, tax, and policy information.
• The privacy notice and store policies shown to your own shoppers.
• Keeping your account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use OneWooz to sell unlawful goods or services, to infringe someone else's rights, to send spam, to host malware, or to attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other customers' data. Misuse of this kind may lead to suspension.

Your content

Text, images, and product data you upload remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, display, and back up that content so your store can run. You are responsible for having the right to use everything you upload.

Your customers and their orders

Your relationship with your shoppers is yours. You sell to them, you fulfil their orders, and you handle their returns and refunds under the policies you publish. Payments settle to your own account through your chosen payment provider. OneWooz does not take a percentage of your sales.

Fees and billing

You pay for the OneWooz plan you choose. Fees, any applicable taxes such as GST, and the billing cycle are shown before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable for the current period. If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it is resolved. We will give you notice before any change to your plan price takes effect.

Third-party services

Payment gateways, couriers, and other services you connect are run by those providers under their own terms. We pass them only what is needed to do their job, but we are not responsible for their acts, outages, or decisions.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time, and you can export your data before you do. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or puts other customers at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us. On termination your right to use the service ends, and we will delete your data in line with our privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but "as is" and without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have as a consumer under local law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows or the law changes. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email. Continuing to use OneWooz after a change means you accept the updated terms.
