OneWooz / About

We build the shop,
so you can run the business.

Most small brands and retailers don't want a website. They want to be found, take orders, and get on with the rest of the job. OneWooz exists to hand them a working store and get out of the way.

01Why we exist

The gap nobody should have to cross alone.

Between “I need to sell online” and “I have a working store” sits a pile of decisions nobody asked for: which template, which plugin, which payment gateway, which courier, who writes the refund policy. Every one of them is a place to stall.

We watched capable people makers, wholesalers, family businesses lose months to that gap, or pay agencies a number they didn't want to say out loud. So we closed it. You tell us what you sell and who buys it; we build a store that suits that trade, publish it, and hand you the keys. Everything stays yours to change but nothing has to be changed for the store to work.

02What we believe

A few plain principles, kept.

01
It's your business
Your domain, your customers, your data and your money. We host and run it; we never hold it hostage.
02
No cut of your sales
You pay for the platform, not a slice of every order. What you sell settles to your own account.
03
Presentable on day one
A generated store is finished, not a shell of “insert text here”. It should be sellable before you edit a thing.
04
Two kinds of selling
A shop that takes money (D2C) and a catalogue that captures enquiries (B2B) both are first-class here.
05
Boring parts, handled
Tax fields, courier labels, abandoned carts, refunds the unglamorous machinery is already switched on.
06
Freedom to leave
Export your data and point your domain elsewhere whenever you want. Trust is easier when the door is open.
03How we got here

Built from what didn't work.

The idea
One click, one store
A tool that turns a few answers into a live shop payments, shipping and all instead of a blank canvas and a wish of luck.
The rebuild
Do the unglamorous right
We rebuilt the engine around the parts merchants actually feel: real copy, working checkout, honest security, and content that reads like a person wrote it.
Today
D2C and B2B, on one platform
Brands take orders; wholesalers capture enquiries and quotes. Same engine, a store shaped for your trade.
Next
More trades, more reach
Deeper industry content, more regions and currencies always with the same promise: presentable on day one, yours to keep.
04What we won't do

The lines we don't cross.

01
Take a percentage of your sales
The platform earns its keep from a fair subscription never from skimming your orders.
02
Hold your domain, customers or data
Everything is exportable and portable. Leaving is a button, not a battle.
03
Ship a half-built template and call it a store
If a generated store isn't presentable without editing, we haven't done our job.
