ONEWOOZ REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Operated by: The Artless (brand: OneWooz)
Website: https://OneWooz.com

Effective date: 07/10/2026
Version: 1.0

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains how cancellations and refunds work for (A) OneWooz Platform Plans and Platform fees paid to The Artless / OneWooz, and (B) End Customer orders on Merchant stores.

This Policy is India-law oriented. It is not a substitute for independent legal advice and is not a claim of court-proof or 100% compliance. Nothing in this Policy waives mandatory rights under applicable Indian law, including non-excludable rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where you qualify as a consumer of OneWooz's SaaS services.

This Policy should be read with the OneWooz Platform Buying Agreement ("Buying Agreement"), Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict on Plan fees, commerce/platform fees, billing, Plan cancellation, or refunds of Platform fees, the Buying Agreement prevails.

Contact details appear in Section 8 at the end of this Policy.

PART A — PLATFORM PLAN CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
(OneWooz / The Artless ↔ Merchant / Plan Buyer)

1. What Part A Covers

1.1 Part A applies to fees you pay to OneWooz for Platform access, including:
(a) Plan subscription fees (including the ₹1 entry Plan, Premium, Starter, Flex, and any other Plans on the Pricing Page);
(b) Commerce / platform fees charged per Delivered Order as published on the Pricing Page; and
(c) Any other Platform fees disclosed at checkout for OneWooz services.

1.2 Part A does not apply to money End Customers pay for Products on a Merchant Store. Those payments are addressed in Part B.

2. Cancellation of a Platform Plan

2.1 You may cancel your Plan at any time via account billing controls or by contacting the email in Section 8, subject to procedures disclosed in-product.

2.2 Cancellation stops future renewals according to those procedures. You remain responsible for Platform fees incurred before cancellation becomes effective (including the then-current Plan subscription period and commerce/platform fees for Delivered Orders already incurred).

2.3 Cancelling your Plan does not, by itself, create a right to a refund of amounts already paid.

2.4 After cancellation, you may export eligible sales data as described in the Buying Agreement and Privacy Policy. Sales-data export is limited to the last three (3) years (or shorter if less history exists). Export formats and post-cancellation download window: [TO BE PROVIDED].

2.5 You may switch to another paid Plan if offered in-product (including, where offered, to or from the ₹1 entry Plan). Switching Plans does not create a refund of amounts already paid unless a published promotional offer expressly says so. A zero-rupee Free Plan is not available.

3. No Refund After Plan / Subscription Purchase (Default)

3.1 Once you have bought a Plan or subscription (including the ₹1 entry Plan, Premium, Starter, Flex, renewals, and upgrades), no refund is payable for:
(a) Plan subscription fees already charged;
(b) Commerce / platform fees already charged for Delivered Orders; or
(c) Other Platform fees already charged as disclosed at checkout,

including for change of mind, non-use, early cancellation, or dissatisfaction — except as stated in Section 4.

3.2 The ₹1 entry Plan is a paid Plan. The no-refund default in this Policy applies to the ₹1 entry Plan in the same way as to other Plans.

4. Limited Exceptions

4.1 A refund or other remedy for Platform fees may apply only if:
(a) Mandatory Indian law requires a refund or other remedy that cannot be excluded (including, where applicable, non-excludable rights if you are a "consumer" of OneWooz SaaS under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019);
(b) OneWooz corrects a proven billing error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge clearly inconsistent with the Pricing Page amount you accepted); or
(c) A published promotional money-back or refund offer expressly applies to your purchase at the time of purchase, and you meet that offer's terms.

4.2 Future promotional refunds. OneWooz may later introduce money-back guarantees or promotional refund programmes for marketing purposes. Those options are not a present right under this Policy. If offered, they apply only according to the published promotional terms then in force (eligibility, window, and exclusions).

5. No Refund on Suspension or Termination for Breach

5.1 If your account or subscription is suspended or terminated because you sell illegal products, engage in prohibited use, inappropriate misuse, hacking or attempted compromise of the Platform, or material breach of the Terms of Service or Buying Agreement, no refund is due for Platform fees already paid, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

5.2 Non-payment of Platform fees may result in suspension; amounts already due remain payable.

6. Commerce / Platform Fees

6.1 Commerce / platform fees are charged per Delivered Order on the tiered schedule published on the Pricing Page for your Plan. They are not a percentage cut of your GMV or sales revenue.

6.2 Commerce / platform fees already charged for confirmed Delivered Orders are non-refundable, except for proven billing error or where mandatory law requires otherwise.

6.3 Meaning of "Delivered Order" and edge cases (RTO, COD refusal, partial delivery) follow the Buying Agreement and Pricing Page / billing rules: [TO BE PROVIDED — billing rules confirmation].

PART B — END CUSTOMER ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
(Merchant ↔ End Customer; OneWooz is not the seller)

7. End Customer Orders

7.1 OneWooz is not the seller, merchant of record, payment aggregator, bank, or logistics provider for Products sold on a Merchant Store. The contract of sale is between the End Customer and the Merchant.

7.2 Cancellation, return, exchange, and refund of Product orders are governed primarily by:
(a) The Merchant's published store policies (shipping, cancellation, return, refund); and
(b) Mandatory provisions of Indian consumer protection law that cannot be contracted out of (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable E-Commerce Rules, as amended).

7.3 End Customers should contact the Merchant using the contact details on the Store or order communication for Product issues, cancellations, returns, or refunds of Product payments.

7.4 OneWooz may provide technical tools that help Merchants process cancellation or refund workflows. Approval and commercial responsibility for Product refunds remain with the Merchant, except where mandatory law or a separate written commitment of OneWooz applies to a Platform error (not a Product defect).

7.5 Platform Plan fees paid by Merchants to OneWooz are separate from Product payments by End Customers. A Product refund by a Merchant does not automatically create a refund of OneWooz Plan subscription fees. Whether a commerce/platform fee is adjusted when an order is not a Delivered Order follows Section 6 and the Buying Agreement.
