OneWooz / Legal

Privacy

Last updated: 5 September 2026

This policy explains what information OneWooz collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers two kinds of information: your own, as a OneWooz customer, and your shoppers', which you gather through your storefront and remain responsible for.

Who we are

OneWooz is owned and operated by The Artless, registered at H.no. 866, Street no. 11, Mustafabad New, Delhi 110094, India. In this policy, "we", "us" and "OneWooz" mean The Artless. You can reach us about anything on this page at privacy@onewooz.com.

The information we collect

We keep the collection deliberately small and tied to running the service.

  • Account details: your name, email address, and phone number if you give one.
  • Security records: when and from where you signed in, and the actions taken on your account, kept as an audit trail.
  • Billing details: your plan, invoices, and the limited payment reference your payment provider returns to us. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical logs: basic request and error logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the platform.
  • Content you add: your store name, products, images, pages, and settings.

How we use it

We use your information to create and run your account, host and serve your stores, take payment for your subscription, keep the platform secure, and contact you about your account and any service changes. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your shoppers' data

Orders, addresses, and contact details entered on your storefront belong to you. For that data you are the controller and OneWooz is the processor: we store and process it only to make your store work, such as taking payments, printing shipping labels, and sending order emails on your behalf. We do not use your shoppers' data for our own purposes, and we do not contact your customers except on your instruction. You are responsible for the privacy notice shown on your own storefront and for handling requests from your shoppers.

Service providers we rely on

To deliver the service we use a small number of trusted providers, and each receives only what it needs:

  • Cloud hosting and storage for the platform and your files.
  • Your chosen payment gateway, which handles card and UPI details directly so we never see them.
  • Your chosen courier, for shipping and tracking.
  • Email delivery for account and order messages.

We store the credentials you connect for these services in encrypted form, and you can revoke them at any time.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the service to function, such as keeping you signed in and protecting forms against abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on OneWooz. Any analytics or marketing tags you switch on for your own storefront are your choice and your responsibility to disclose to your shoppers.

Where your data is held and how we protect it

Your data is hosted on secured cloud infrastructure. We encrypt data in transit, encrypt stored third-party credentials, restrict internal access to what each task requires, and keep an audit trail of sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the risk low and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

How long we keep it

Delete a store and its content goes with it. Close your account and we remove your personal data, keeping only what we are legally required to retain, such as invoices and the audit record of actions taken on the account. Backups are rotated on a regular cycle and then overwritten.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or provide a copy you can take elsewhere. You can also object to a particular use or withdraw consent where we relied on it. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time. If your request concerns your shoppers' data rather than your own account, we will help you act on it as the controller.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service grows or the law changes. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email. Continuing to use OneWooz after a change means you accept the updated policy.
